Common questions

Do my customers need an account?
No. They open a link, review the quote, and accept with their name. No login, no app to download.
Can I change every price and multiplier?
Yes. The price book is yours: removal and trim tiers, the per-inch stump rate and minimum, every add-on, and each hazard multiplier.
Can I quote from photos the customer sends?
Yes. Add each tree, set its size and hazards, and attach their photos. The per-item photos ride on the quote and the PDF.
What happens after the trial?
The 14-day trial needs a card. When it ends you are billed for the plan you chose. Cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the period.
Can my crew use it?
The Crew plan includes five seats so estimators and leads can build and send quotes.
Is the e-signature binding?
It is a click-wrap record with the signer's name, timestamp, and a hashed IP. Check your state for what a signature requires on your contracts.
Can I collect deposits?
Deposit collection over Stripe is available on the Crew plan where enabled, so the deposit is locked before the crew rolls.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal; your access runs to the end of the paid period. There is a 14-day money-back window on your first paid invoice.
